Delivery Information

All Global4Components products are quoted on a 4-6 week delivery service. This is due to our be-spoke special order spraying solutions.

The majority of our deliveries are sent via courier, please check goods before signing for them.

Free Delivery Terms

Delivery of orders over £250 including VAT is free of charge to most mainland UK postcodes on all items. However if you are in the Scottish Highlands or islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man or Isle of Scilly please contact us for charges which start from £22.00.

Delivery Dates and Times

All of our deliveries are made on any working weekday (Monday - Friday) between the hours of 7am to 6pm.

Where an order is made for multiple items(s) you may receive more than 1 delivery

Please note the following delivery details:

  1. The delivery driver will not call in advance of making the delivery.

  2. Item(s) are delivered by a 1 man delivery service
  3. Item(s) are delivered to the door only. Unfortunately, the driver cannot go inside for weight and insurance reasons
  4. Item(s) delivered to a flat or apartment will be delivered to the lobby / entrance only.
  5. Should you be resident in a block of flats, please contact us before placing an order.

Delivery Lead Times

Our delivery lead times vary by product and are dependent on the colour and finish you have ordered. All delivery lead times are between 4-6 weeks. Whilst over 96% of our deliveries are made well within the delivery lead time, these are approximations and on certain occasions due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, can result in small delays.

Deliveries to remote areas may also take longer due to location

The following postcodes will incur extra delivery charges as stated in the checkout stage of payment.


Delivery Information

Many of our deliveries are carried out using long, heavy goods vehicles. When ordering, please remember to use the checkout comments box to notify us of any parking issues, narrow roads and difficult access points so that we can ensure the delivery driver is made aware. Failure to disclose this information may delay the delivery and could incur a surcharge.

Aside from items sent via courier; we will never arrange a delivery date without contacting you and confirming first. Once your item(s) are ready for dispatch, you will be contacted in advance of the proposed delivery date. If a date is agreed and no one is present on this day to accept delivery, this will be classed as a failed delivery and a surcharge will be incurred in accordance with our T&C's.

You will become the owner of the goods (and be liable for the loss or destruction of the goods) at the time of delivery, provided that we have received payment in full for the goods.

All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when our delivery team arrives, they will leave a card with a contact number for you to call them and arrange a delivery at a future date. Please note that there may be an additional charge for this.

Please inspect the packaging on all items delivered before signing for them.  Should the packaging be torn, wet or damaged please ask the driver to note this immediately. Please ask the driver to wait whilst you examine the item in the damaged parcel. Should you find your product is damaged on opening the package, refuse the delivery and contact us at immediately attaching a photograph of the damage where possible. Please notify us in writing within 3 days of receiving the goods of any damages.  A photograph of the damage will be required.

Please note these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Please check your order confirmation email to ensure we have all the details needed to facilitate a smooth delivery process; relevant contact telephone numbers, payment details and address are crucial. If any part of your order is incorrect, please be sure to contact us at as soon as possible.

Handy Delivery Tips

1. Check measurements of furniture and access to your home

It is important to check the measurements of your chosen furniture on our website and ensure there is adequate doorway and stair access. In the instance that a non faulty item has to be returned after dispatch due to reasons beyond the control of Global4Components (including aborted deliveries by the customer), the customer will be subject to return fees.

2. Walk the route from lorry to room

Measure any unusual door or ceiling heights or other twists and turns that might cause a problem. Your order will usually be delivered via a large lorry, so please be sure your property is accessible for this size of vehicle and call us prior to delivery if not. Problems can occur with long gravel driveways with tight access so please inform us prior to dispatch if this is applicable.

3. Retain the original packaging

Please be aware that our delivery team will not unwrap or assemble any items. Our drivers operate to a strict timetable and it is important that any other deliveries that day can be met on time. It is important to unpack the items as carefully as possible and retain the original packaging until you are completely happy that there are no issues with your order. Please keep the original packaging as you will need this in the case of a return.
